Day 01 : Delhi – Chandigarh
Arrive Delhi in the morning. Proceed to Chandigarh (270 kms / 6 hrs drive). On arrival check into the hotel. Visit Rose Garden, Sukhana Lake, Rock Garden and Elenta Mall. Night at the hotel.
Day 02 : Chandigarh – Shimla - Manali
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Shimla (100 kms / 3 hrs). Go for sightseeing of various places - Shimla mosques built in (1830), Vice Regal Lodge built in (1885), Christ Church built in (1844) and The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887). Further proceed to Manali (260 kms / 6 hrs). On arrival check into the hotel.
Day 03 : Manali – Rohtang Pass - Manali
This morning proceed to Rohtang Pass. En route visit the Solang Valley, and the scenic Kothi and Gulaba as well as the Rahala Waterfalls. Stop at the Rohtang Pass (3978m), which connects the two valleys of Kullu and Lahaul and offers excellent panoramic view of the Himalaya. Enjoy snow skiing paragliding at your own (drive will be possible till the snow point). Evening free to walk around the Mall road Overnight at hotel. Note : To go Rohtang Pass only local vehicles are allowed for which the cost will be paid directly
Day 04 : Manali – Kullu - Amritsar
Morning free to visit Hadimba temple, Manu temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar, Tibetan Monastery, Club House etc. Proceed to Kullu (40 kms) and you may enjoy River Rafting at an extra cost. Move around the Kullu Market for some time and visit the Kullu temple. After dinner proceed to Amritsar (370 kms / 10 hrs). Overnight on board.
Day 05 : Amritsar - Delhi
Arrive Amritsar in the morning at about 08:00 hrs. Check into a budget hotel for wash and change. Take rest for some time. By noon visit Jalian Wala Bagh where hundreds of people were massacred by General Dior during British period. Proceed to Golden Temple, the supreme worship place of Sikh Believers. Further, in the afternoon, proceed to Wagha Border (Indo-Pak border) and witness the majestic closing ceremony. After dinner proceed to Delhi airport (470 kms / 9 hrs)
Day 06 : Delhi / Departure
Arrive Delhi airport in the morning. (you may go for shopping in Sarojini Nagar market after taking rest at a budget hotel for a while, at an extra cost)
